The problem is, we convenienced ourselves out of power. Billionaires gave us a little convenience at a time, and we had a hand in leaning into the two-day shipping that allowed the private equity firms to buy the little guy to make our only options chain stores or Amazon.

Me, this morning. January is the longest year ever... It feels like a year.

Jeff Bezos owns all of these companies and he doesn't pay any taxes. Amazon is also set to allegedly lay off 30,000 employees. Absolutely 100 percent giving America is three companies in a trench coat. We have the illusion of choice but it's all going to the same people's pockets. 🤔🤔🤔

Elected officials who are paid via our taxes asking us to donate to their campaign so they can convince us to vote for them again, feels like a pyramid scheme.

In reality if said people were doing stellar jobs they wouldn't need finances, they'd need people. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

This timeline is exhausting for the educated. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

It seems that the people who have audacity to go for their dreams relentlessly get opportunities. There are so many talented and intelligent people who think that opportunities are just going to knock on their door. That's not how it works. No one is going to believe in your dreams for you 🌿 🌿

If believing in myself is delusional, I'm delusional all 2026 and beyond. 2025 doesn't owe me a thing but I'm betting on myself all 2026. Can't call it inspirational either if I have all the tools to make the things I want, happen. Only watering what I want to grow this year. 🌿 🌿 🌿

I could never be in sales. I'd probably be terrible at it. "You want me to sell this thing that isn't a need to someone while so much is going on all at once?"

"Can we just give people food?"

Already signed up for my first volunteering experience this year. I treat tackling my goals as if it was a sport. I hang this up on my desk and I get excited to be in competition with myself all year.

Every month it feels like a surprise but every month there always seems to be a problem with quality of service. Getting less for more feels like robbery. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

Going into yet another year with a $7.25 minimum wage got me questioning what are the priorities of the peeps representing us? ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

This is the season where I put prance around from event to event dressed as an elf giving out toys and hot chocolate alongside community leaders. It never gets old.

The government can keep their stimulus. I just want them to stop overstimulating everyone's nervous system and maybe chill for a few days or years. 🤷🏿‍♀️ 🤷🏿‍♀️ 🤷🏿‍♀️

The working class folks siding with the billionaires will always be exhausting.

Good morning. Here's a bit of history in the form of a meme. But for serious, the US Government pretty much steals our lunch money and then questions us on while we're starving.

With the current political climate, the world could end, and I never want to say, "I wish I would've tried to... Life is more than working and going home."

Torn between enjoying being black and trying to fight the fight that my ancestors started. What's fruit if you can't enjoy the fruits of their labor. Also, how long is this fight? It feels like a lot of people didn't start caring for human rights until they got treated like Black People ✌🏿🌎❤️

Just a reminder to always respect women no matter what they're wearing.... A women's clothes does not equate with her level of education or respect for herself. Please don't feed into the misogyny and act as if you were raised with decorum by a human being and not by the internet. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

This right here is a read. I love it. It's a surface level look at what the Dems need to do in the next few years to invigorate the voter base and create trust in the party again. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

"Your life is like a garden. If you’re not intentional, your garden will be overrun with weeds and randomness." Benjamin P. Hardy

Need to wash my hair but instead I'm going to a council meeting because Braddock has 3 council members who constantly don't show up but collect their check every month.

Please fail at something and continue failing at something. Not trying new things because you’re afraid of failing isn’t a part of the recipe for success. It’s stunting your growth. #quotes #Motivation
