Can insurers be held liable, perhaps from the last year premiums were paid, before the houses became uninsurable? Home owners therefore given the opportunity to purchase suitable alternative homes, rather than being dumped back into their perennially risky, worthless premises.

According to the OS Map app, you don't need to venture onto the A96. Walk, or cycle over the old bridge near Fochabers to cross The Spey.

This map is not accurate. Two are solar farms (no battery) one of which states under construction but has been finished for several years. Doesn't say much for the rest. Two are situated in existing industrial areas. What, exactly, is the issue?
