I hadn't made the connection, but it makes sense chronologically. I started getting reflux a couple years ago, prior to this I never had any related GI issues.

Since 2020 it feels like we stepped into a different dimension where people don't care about each other and world leaders make the most illogical decisions. Maybe it was always this way and I just didn't notice.
