Always describe it as a merry go round. With no medication it feels like it’s spinning faster and faster and more and more people are getting on to it; with medication, the ride is at normal speed and the rides are always complete and allows for new people to get on!

My focus on doing things that I absolutely love was becoming more and more difficult. I always felt like my mind was spinning and it wouldn’t stop. I couldn’t finish anything. And I’m a teacher so, I kinda need to finish things!
