Each enemy can only be hit by 1 arrow, so it won’t affect single target. The exception is something like stormcaller arrow where you’re creating instances of dmg outside of your regular attacks.

More proj makes your clearspeed faster though which is always nice

Straight up added damage tends to provide more overall dps, especially at the start of the build because it is affected by all other increases (%increased and %more).
