Hearing/reading US views on bringing Canadians back to the US. Fundamental misunderstanding: Americans say love, they mean money. US misses CDN money. Why spend “hard-earned dollars” at an average 30% premium *plus tariffs* in a nation whose leaders are trying to crush CDN economy and culture?

Personally, I am quite fed up with the childish, patronizing tone various representatives of Trumpism try to force on Canadian government officials and public media outlets. Canadians aren’t buying the duplicitous MAGA narrative.

What the “TACO” proponents are missing is that while Trump vacillates on tariffs, he is making huge money trading on the margins of the very stock market he is intentionally disrupting.

Re the burgeoning pressure to employ AI to research for us, do our critical thinking for us, provide pre-programmed information for us, decide for us - does anyone else see a problem looming on the horizon?
