I feel like the biggest cost categories are probably the film licenses themselves and janitorial. Best return on investment is probably the concessions.

There are enough mediums in this area that when I first looked up my current address on Gmaps I thought it was in a different area that *also* has a medium in a specific location relative to a specific grocery store. I think I've seen as many here as carnicerias in Tucson. :P
