I had been feeling burnt out, and really wasn't sure why. Then I talked to some people, and suddenly that exhaustion vanished.

Then it hit me.

What I needed all along was community, and good people by my side to keep life feeling fresh.

Spent some time yesterday pitching myself to others.

It's nice to practice such an important skill. Definitely would like to spend more time in the future practicing good communication.

I spent yesterday collaborating with others on their projects. It's the best part of engineering.

I always find it fun to see what other people make. What direction did they go to solve a problem?

Took some time yesterday to relax, take a step back, and gain some new insight.

Taking a step back really helped me define goals, get a clear picture of where I'm headed, and start making a plan of how to get there.

Have you paused to reflect lately?

Today, I started my morning with an intense workout. Cortisol levels are high in the morning, and a workout after waking up helps reduce those levels. Feeling really good!

What's your routine?
