The Nisqually Tribal Council said it was not aware of talks between a staffer and ICE about detaining immigrants. It has now rejected that notion.

I told my dad just now that based on what I'd heard on Charlie Kirk's podcasts and in the news before his death, I wouldn't have thought he was a Christian. He was startled. But then, he'd never heard of Kirk before he was shot. He had thought he was somebody else. Someone older.

Tots and pears please. I am the Secretary for our county Democrats in southern Idaho. Our chair received at least one threatening email and then a stupid-ass retraction shortly thereafter a day after Kirk's murder. We have our monthly meeting tomorrow night. Starting it with a safety review.

Sorry, it looks like I remember Bluesky every two weeks. Back to work last Monday. The $33 million the government withheld initially has been released. A relief for this confused public education person. I just bill the Medicaid for our SPED students. I had no idea it would become so fraught.
