I reported to a couple of artists before when I've seen their work used. Only one responded, but I actually knew him personally. The other one didn't respond back so I didn't follow up.

we lived over. So all the kids came over when the store closed about 6ish. So it was after supper and always on sunday. Ontario didn't have Sunday shopping back then.

I learned quite a bit.
Once I asked my mom about knitting in the round. She told me to just do it. She taught me basic crochet and knitting to keep me quiet lol
Other than that nothing else lol

It was. Mom was a master sewer. She only sucked as teacher.
I had to take home ec to learn the basics lol

My mom made me this ultra cool coat in silver and black velvet from upholstery fabric. She carefully took off the backing then lined it with shiny black fabric. It looked vintage & I wanted to wear it everyday. It was impeccable. I felt like a singer from a 60s Vegas show in a good way lol
