That PVM also only supports PAL/SECAM so you would need to get an adapter that supports them/ has a switch to swap to PAL. Also I have come across adapters in the past that don't fully support PAL/SECAM resolutions so be weary of that

A HDMI to S-Video Adapter would be the easiest solution. there are some old video cards with composite video and S-Video but that requires you getting a working one that would work with your pc. Most of the adapters come with RCA cables so you would be able to hook up the mono-audio as well
