I've begged her not to marry him. She doesn't listen. Her family arent happy with the situation either although they dont know about the abuse so they have their own reasons I guess. I will support her either way.

She told me everything about him. He was a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde. One minute he is nice as pie to her and then the next he would kick off and the verbal abuse that would follow was horrendous. I wonder now if she actually broke up with him at all

They broke up a few months ago but they got back together and she didn't tell me. And then a couple of weeks ago she tells me they're getting married. I have doubts about whether they broke up in the first place.

So my best friend is getting married in a couple of days and I'm not happy. She's been seeing this guy for a couple of years and from everything she has told me about him I think he's the biggest red flag. I haven't even met him can you believe?
