Felt. I rcmnd ask for an IV iron infusion series from your primary doctor, if you have insurance. 4 me the iron tablets don’t digest well (celiac) & take forever. if you’re severely anemic you may hve some kind of issue digesting iron :< IV bypasses the tummy & you start to feel better in a week
