I’ve been getting the Quaker with extra protein. Pretty good. Also I bought some unflavored protein powder off Amazon. I add it to a smoothie with frozen fruit and coconut water which is ok. Also got some 20g protein yogurts & added natures valley granola with protein to it. Getting old sucks

I think I had the same font on mine back in 1985. Was the 125th anniversary of my synagogue that year and Gov Tom Kean sat next to me on the bimah for the Friday night service and a packed house. I think he told me to relax before I read a prayer. Was so weird.

It’s 24/7 care plus an extra morning aide for my MIL because “she likes her”. It’s insane. And I’ve talked to other agencies and this one is glorified babysitters with poor communication skills but the family is stubborn and doesn’t like change. Or keeping their money apparently. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes. Moving them to a facility is the best/cheaper option but I’m only the DIL that does all the research and legwork. Just waiting on my husband and his brother to sign the papers 🤦🏻‍♀️

I can only do it bc I have an actual home office with a door. I get fully dressed like I’m going to a real office and don’t do any house chores etc. That definitely helps.

I feel this. We live on a country road and always have to clear the end of our driveway multiple times (which is a steep incline). 🤦🏻‍♀️
