Not all though. Plenty don't care either. Call themselves by country of origin or state/city. Younger generations use different terms as well and identify differently. Data from polls is limited too and can get old quickly. We must just be in different circles too 🤷

Okay.As one of them I can use what I want to describe myself 🤷 Latine is my preferred and we use Latinx in my field a lot because we recognize gendered language. Many people use Hispanic even though Spanish is not the only language spoken in Latin America. Language is fluid.Your point?

It may also be that many Latinxs are of different races and politics. There are conservatives and progressives, right/left in Latin America.When people immigrate they bring those ideas with them too and assume they are not the target because they weren't the target before 🙄
