Alpha Strike is a little more streamlined and rules light. Same flavor but plays faster and removes a lot of the crunch! Don't give up on it yet!

Fishing line is not something I considered. I use brush bristles from cheap Amazon "boar" hair brushes.

Getting the antenna on this is my personal goal for 2026. Those holes are soooo tiny and shallow. I keep blowing them out with my little drill!

How was the fit on the turrets? I got 2 boxes and none of them stay on the bases or the towers. The tower and the bunker do not stay on the hex bases either.

Thanks! I do not usually do multi-step canopies because I am not very good at the glazing. These were probably my best ones to date and I did have fun doing them. Everything easier with practice right?

I generally like to run full formations for the tournament. It makes it hard to get lower skilled pilots in, but it feels better than having an odd number of units for me. The 1st FedSun Armored Cav was my painting competition submission.
