Numbers of responses: 227 surveys but also received emails, early community meetings had such low turnout that they interviewed the translators, but later ones had 40 people.

Interesting change: although conduct unbecoming and officer and neglect of duty are the top complaints, driving in a reckless manner is rarely the top one.

Public Comment on Item 5) Chief's Report - Ms Paulette Brown is speaking about her son, Aubrey Abrakassa, at just about every meeting. She spoke with a mother at a healing circle is still very angry. She fought for him in life, she fights for him in death.
