Numbers of responses: 227 surveys but also received emails, early community meetings had such low turnout that they interviewed the translators, but later ones had 40 people.

They didn't count the comments (thought they're listed in the report).

- Crime Prevention & Reduction
- Additional Patrol (footbeats)
- Understanding communities and partnerships
- Addiction & Mental Health Issues
- Efficient Use of Staff (non-police response!!!)
- Safety (people want to feel safe)
- Staffing/Recruitment

Interesting change: although conduct unbecoming and officer and neglect of duty are the top complaints, driving in a reckless manner is rarely the top one.

Public Comment on Item 5) Chief's Report - Ms Paulette Brown is speaking about her son, Aubrey Abrakassa, at just about every meeting. She spoke with a mother at a healing circle is still very angry. She fought for him in life, she fights for him in death.

Fourth comment: Ms Paulette Brown has not heard from anyone about the fund for tipsters for unsolved homicides. The media & public needs to know about it.

SFPD hasn’t paid an unsolved homicide reward since 2013. That could change.

A proposal passed by the police commission wants to expand who can get rewards in the hopes that more homicides will be solved.

Third comment: Paul Allen wants a robust statement by the Police Commission against an uninvited military or police force to San Francisco. He reads a long statement about how silence won't keep us safe.
