100%. Great dog. If she brings that along to the hustings, she's got my vote

Highlighting the speaker who stood in front of the Surprise mayor and told him to consider what the Mayor of Ohrdruf must’ve thought before he died by suicide: “He might have thought ‘how is this my fault I had no jurisdiction over this’ maybe he said ‘this site was not subject to local zoning.’”

It used to occasionally happen when I was working in a pub 17+ years ago. It only takes one person to stand immediately behind the person being served, and pretty soon everyone feels the need to queue

Steve Bruce has had an over quarter century managerial career. Gordon Strachan over 20 years. Laurent blanc managed France and Paris st Germain, amongst other teams. Darren Ferguson 20 years in management.

The apparent system of very wealthy people just paying for stuff for politically powerful/royal people slightly baffles me. I get it as a potential source of corruption but how do you get into it? And how much of a pay off is there really? Is it just something you do when you have too much money?

I had a very similar experience in the Hawley recently. Lived round the corner 15 years ago. Went back for a beer, worried that I'd be the oldest person in there. Nope. Same people, all now older

I was once laughed at by a taxi driver in Norwich for pronouncing Costessey exactly how it is spelt. It turns out it has at least three silent letters. "Cossey"

Dahl is actually quite uncomfortable though. The greatest hits are mostly fine but e.g. the glass elevator is downright racist, in a pub bore kind of way

Not sure about this. I remember regular getting moved on by the Police when trying to hang around in the town centre when I was a teen (25+ years ago). We were never doing anything other than hanging around

Agree. Dodgy vape shops, nail salons, multiple homeless people with very similar looking signs saying they are hungry. Provides lots of visual material that will be absorbed as "evidence" of irregular migration being widespread
