I don’t know if an example or a juror being prosecuted for perjury in relation to jury nullification.

It’s good to know this question will be asked every jury selection process. It would be up to each individual if they want to take a risk committing perjury, even if it’s likely a very low risk.

Lawyers and judges often ask ‘Will you base your decision solely on the facts presented in court and the judge’s instructions?’ If you answer ‘yes’ but later vote to nullify, it could be considered perjury. However, if you answer ‘no,’ you are likely to be dismissed from the jury pool altogether.
