So, the question I have is if this was a sanctioned action from Big Cheese or Big Moon?

So, would goose open for geese, or would geese open for goose?

Was going to comment because my day job is logistics. The fact this is better organized than professional logistics tells me they don't have two clues, let alone one.

I'm sorry. Reminds me of the time I went in for blood pressure: sat in the ER waiting room for so long that they didn't get me a room until after lunch, wheeled me up to a room after they closed the kitchen for dinner, and I had to pester the night nurse until she got me vending machine cookies.

So, last I heard, the House passed funding for ICE and the bill is at the Senate. If you want to stop funding ICE, the Senate needs to carry the water now. I'm.... uncertain if they will. I know my senator doesn't listen to me, at least.

Now I know why the fire truck came through earlier.

According to eyewitnesses, ICE agents threw a teargas canister at this car and it caught on fire! WTFFFF

This is the corner where ICE agents were posted for hours, deploying gas and flash bangs.

I don't know where to go from here. I don't know where I'm going with this. It was an immediate reaction, and it struck me almost as deeply as the actions as what's going on in real life.

But the art style, now that was evocative. Distinctive. Disturbing.

I should point out that I was not assuming the publishers of the game are tied to the government paramilitary actions. My assumption was that this was part of a new art release related to a new possible source book. (And I have not kept up with everything the company has done in the past 18 months.)

But it was instant, the recognition of the themes and style. There was absolutely zero time between seeing this and automatically assuming it was part of the franchise artwork.

It's not my field of expertise. (I'm not even certain that I have one.)

I don't know if this was a deliberate similarity, a mocking of the style,or if the original art was channeling a militaristic themes to evoke a specific theme.

Particularly in regards to the more military themed companies such as Ares and Lone Star, but heavily reminiscent of the art style out of the Fields of Fire source book.

The snarky answer is because we don't feed the frost fairies in summer, but yes. Makes me worry about mine, since it died about five years ago now.
