What evidence before the jury was *not* tainted by one or more of the 7 types of 4th am and privilege violations enumerated by the Court? Add to that all of Halligan's procedural and substantive screw-ups, and . . . . I think this is a wrap. /2

Griffin is one thing but dismissal is appropriate if govt misconduct was so prejudicial that it "substantially influenced the grand jury's decision to indict" or if there is "grave doubt" about the integrity of the indictment due to the misconduct. 1/

Unfortunately for the gov't, a DWP at this point is probably preferable to what will come next: extensive discovery and testimony from Halligan and FBI agents, in particular that one agent who seems to be a major culprit, who the court refers to as assigned to the "Director's Advisory Team." Uh-oh!
