I sort of had this need in the past.

And I did it via vitest (that you probably already have)
You switch to sqlite/migration.spec.ts and do pnpm vitest migration.spec.ts

Hummm, you are asking sveltekit to do better because your node-vite launched from npx (to do a migration sqlite) is failing at a tailwindcss plugin? :D

Exactly, you want more: use N++ or vscode
You want dumb: use notepad

But now, notepad is not bumb enough.

Unfortunately yes!

Because, when you double click on another file, it opens in a new tab in the existing instance. :(
Also, when you close notepad, next time you re-open, it will remember last tabs...

I loved when it was dumb!

The ORM section really resonated with me.
With most ORMs it feels like “all or nothing,” no in-between.

With Remult, I finally found that middle ground: all or nothing or semi

sqlExpression for
- calculated fields (aka fragment)
- entities (views)
Haven’t seen that elsewhere in JS/TS ORMs.

So yes, even if AI write 90%, you will own it, refactor it 👍

You need to be extra expert to: understand, guide and refactor. _(beginners will not have the same experience)_

The easiest is:
npm init remult@latest

In there, you can pick "better-auth", "Svelte" 🚀

For UI, I don't have a strong suggestion. I like DaisyUI with melt. But others are great too

Remult uses Svelte for it's "admin ui", but it's internal.

As a user, you can use remult with any frontend / backend / database (if you are missing one ping us).

Of course, me, I pick sveltekit as it's a great tandem. (with postgres).
