same chord is also used a lot in I think irish/celtic folk music but idk if how it's used should be labeled as V/vi -- so much of those musical traditions break what we think of as “standard” western musical convention

for those who have no idea what i'm talking about: think creep, first love late spring, slipping through my fingers, space oddity... you can't ignore it -- it calls attention to itself!
