Ok i am really enjoying this. You have that baked onion taste. The butter sauce is sweeter than i imagined and not as spicy as i thought. I will definitely use more old bay seasoning next time. I used unsalted butter, so its not salty and I am glad for that.

Add some paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Melt some butter. I put more garlic powder, as well as old bay seasoning, and some thyme in the butter. Put the onion in some aluminum foil. Spoon melted butter over the top. Add some parsley and wrap the onion.

I wasn't going to buy anything today. And I dont NEED more candles....but the fall harvest decor is currently 90% off....including fall candles (Yankee candle, too!). I got 6 candles for $11.10. Total savings $110.71
