Excellent! The CA Legislature has unanimously approved my SB 454, which will address PFAS pollution in CA's water supply. SB 454 would establish the PFAS Mitigation Fund, which local agencies and cities could access to help pay for the cleanup of toxic PFAS in water.

Good news! The California Legislature has approved my SB 711, which will make it easier for taxpayers to file their taxes.

SB 711 will align numerous state tax requirements with federal requirements for the first time in a decade.

SB 24 would bar IOUs, like PG&E, from using ratepayers dollars to lobby against local efforts to create a municipal utility. The bill would also expand the investigative oversight of utilities actions.
