I'm not sure what the mechanism would be to nationalize elections but they wouldn't really need to. All they'd have to do is eff with a state election or two.

Makes me wonder- if what's in these files is as bad as I'm hearing it is (and, no, I'm not going to read them myself for, reasons) and DoJ released them, what else is out there that we haven't yet seen that's worse. Because I don't think we've seen the end of this.
