if you get attacked, you probably shouldn't wait until congress meets together and makes a declaration of war to try to repel the attack.

when the transfer portal opened up, i always found it odd that everyone was just saying the top is just going to get all the players. i felt like it was incredibly short sighted. it allows your mid-to-bad teams to shore up the glaring weakness.
