I ask, where are the writs when I read of high profile cases of individuals detained for WEEKS without being charged or arraigned? This protection applies to every BODY with feet on U.S. soil.

Too many examples of disregard for the rule of law take place daily and most are coming from the Executive while the legislature remains unmoved and mute. While abuses accumulate, the fabric of our free society frays at the edges (the margins) degrading the whole of our well-being.
