The legal theory offered by the administration to justify the killing of these Trinidadian men would just as easily justify sending the SEALS and CIA down there to kill their family members that filed this lawsuit.

Not only getting the arrest standard wrong, but thinking that the Bill of Rights protects the government rather than the people. The 4th amendment doesn't protect the government's "right" to do anything.
