Practicing some cocktails ahead of Katesgiving. First up is a smoked maple Manhattan:
2.5oz whiskey
1/2 oz smoked maple syrup
3/4 sweet vermouth
A splash of orange bitters
Served in a chilled glass filled with cinnamon smoke
Notes of campfire and spiced apple pie. Cheers 🍻
