I didn't see racism in my physics/astrophysics departments - likely because there were no minorities in either department. I do not know a single woman physicist who came through any physics department without significant mental scarring. I can't even imagine how much worse it is for Black people.

I spent a glorious summer internship at GSFC. My roommates were jerks, my longterm bf dumped me, my sublet got canceled two weeks early. But the way my heart swelled as I walked from my car to the lab every day made it one of the best summers of my life.

I am aghast that they haven't been disbarred. I honestly thought there were consequences for submitting blatantly false information to the court. Disappointed to learn.....not really.
