Overall the year had some incredibly huge lows but I felt like the highs of all the cool performances I got to see helped even in out!

Looking forward to this year! I’m finally going on a long-awaited Japan trip that I’ve been planning since 2019 😭✨

- best friends wedding finally happens!!! A long time coming, with lots of good friends and good dancing 💃
- things finally start slowing down. Got to see the Nutcracker ballet for the first time in over a decade and it was a blast!

- (not pictured: but planned over a year for a program at work where some of my artist friends could talk about their graphic novel work to kids and it finally happened and was successful!)

- day after bday immediately get into car wreck. car gets totaled and have to get new car >:(

- months in the making, I planned a bachelor/ette party for my friends who got married in 2020 but never got to have a proper ceremony/party bc covid. Lots of surprises including two new karaoke standees!! Lots of friends helped in pulling this off!

- went to my first anime con in a LONG time & also cosplayed with friends!!!
- got to see the McElroy Brothers live for TAZ vs Hercules and it a lot of fun!

- got to see Puddles Pity Party live!! He was so good!! He opened for…
- WEIRD AL!!! My second time seeing him live it was so amazing 😭✨
- then 2 days later got to see MCR 🤩🤩🤩

- my mom moved out of my childhood home!! Her new backyard has pretty irises
- got to see Sailor Moon live!! Feels like a lifetime ago
- (not pictured but got like super sick after this show, first big illness since quarantine. Wasn’t covid but ended missing over a week of work)

I keep learning new and exciting things about my gross old person body. Apparently greek yogurt is fine, cheese in excess is fine, ice cream and froyo are fine, but god forbid I have a few sips of a drink with milk in it.
