It was actually a breeze, AND they gave me 50% off the charger (would have preferred it off the battery but whatever).

Didn’t know I needed a new ($60) special charger until I saw a skeet about it late last night, and I refuse to pay shipping on that so I’ll be on hold with Rad all day tomorrow.

I stockpiled tires and tubes after the recall a couple years ago, so I’m all in at this point 😅 I do still need to swap out for hydraulic brakes though.

I don’t want to give them another penny at this point, but otherwise I just have the world’s heaviest acoustic bike, like you said!

Yeah I think we’re going to have to buy the new battery and use the bike until we can’t anymore. Such a disappointment.
