Ok but since there’s no way a trial and sentencing concludes before mid-January isn’t it better to get it dismissed without prejudice now?
Not saying it’s at all great that those were the only choices but better that than either dismissal WITH prejudice or a sham trial?

I figure that they are ALL serious attacks,but some are deliberately timed as distractions as well.

I’m reading there were millions of $$ dumped into disinformation ads in key areas. Discovered just before the election.
We need better opp intel for one thing - countering lies at the local level. Making up for lack of local journalism.

What I’m getting from some of those interviewed is this:
Being a hateful bigot is so entwined with their “conservatism” that they literally cannot function in a tolerant society.

Sure, the orange dude should be in prison but we keep electing GOP presidents who appoint SCOTUS and do you think him being in prison would have stopped this?
