I find the quoting of warnings offered by those who have come before us, to be quite unhelpful.
Show me the quote that resolves, reasserts and provides effective protection of our democracy when in an advancing fascist country.
Demonstrate then the weapons with which to take back our country.

It’s more disconcerting that the citizens within this nation adopted policies, rhetoric, ideas and structures which have allowed these individuals to not just prosper but exponentially profit from corruption. We are our own saboteurs and what comes next won’t be new to our republic or the planet.

It seems an inevitability at this point. Truly unsettling to upend a system with no clear vision for a better one.
