I don’t speak for everyone but I think bigots and those who laugh as they tear up the social contract should be pushed out of polite society to rot in a self made bed of isolation and misery.

Prison and hard labor for the rest of their lives, and then donate their bodies and organs when they die.
Even then, their lives would still be a net negative for the world. But at least it would be minimized as much as possible.
