I see, so its probably something I haven't noticed since I'm not Jewish. And I imagine this is more prevalent on where people live. Haven't noticed people getting mad at me when I say happy holidays...then then again I'm in montreal and the French "Joyeuse fetes" was always the norm for any holiday.

I think it depends on the type of cane, since some have been used as fashion accessories in the past. Leg braces on the other hand, never had a time where it was fashionable.

Maybe it's where I'm at, but I usually find it's depends on the theatre. One theatre is near a highschool and I remember walking out on It Part 1 because of all the kids that wouldn't shut up. Another theatre I go to is further away, but generally people are quiet.
