I will never let the fact that people are fundamentally unworthy of trust keep me from being kind.
I think Americans want everything Trump does to be some distraction from Epstein because it gives a "win" condition with the files being released. If they get released and it doesn't need to be distracted from anymore the distractions will cease.

I don't think people are yet ready to conceive that, were a long list of rich and powerful men who had abused young women and girls released to the world, nothing would actually change. None of them will be punished. Each one can proclaim "I raped children" and none will face consequences for it.

If I see a screen name followed by four numbers, I'm assuming it's a bot. There's no way any actual person does that and it's a very sensible way for bots to be named and organized.

It occurs to me that what people really want in this world is for currency to undergo a significant period of deflation, but without all the economic negatives that cause currency to undergo significant deflation
