Adames is sneaky good with power, 71% contact rate and 31% groundball rate which is excellent in today’s game. Most importantly , he’s a right handed bat. His position makes it a tough call with all the IF’s knocking on the door but he’s clearly better than Hernandez and O’Neil.

I think people question his ability to stick at shortstop and if he moves to third whether he will hit enough to be an impact player. Also, he seems fragile and injury prone.
