I would argue he didn't really so much make millions from memecoin hype but from the stupidity of people that actually bought this steaming pile of dung.

Must be a slow news day.

If the AI is that good...wouldn't the AI create an AI that explains the AI in terms managers and others would understand?

Another one bites the "dust"...

U.S. history has already run the experiment, TWICE.

1. The Tariff of Abominations 1828.
2. Smoot–Hawley Tariff Act of 1930 - Considered by many economists as the worst economic policy decisions in U.S. history.

In both cases, the failure wasn't just "bad

If I had to choose a single image that captures the West’s ignorance and short‑sightedness, the TIME cover would be it.

It’s the perfect symbol of a hyper‑yang worldview. A culture obsessed with domination, speed, and linear progress, blind to the cost of imbalance.

What's worse is that the West's

America’s always been a pirate nation.

The only difference now is the eyepatch is official policy.

Marco Rubio bravely taking a stand against… Calibri.

FINALLY...a politician tackling the real problems Americas are taking about at the kitchen table.

America: “We need better AI policy.”
Rubio: “Hear me out… Times. New. Roman.”
AI: "Bro… why are you making this harder for me?”

Fixing distrust in government? It's way beyond just inflation and employment.

Ashby’s Law of Requisite Variety: A system must have as much internal complexity as the environment it’s trying to control.

Right now, society’s complexity dwarfs the complexity inside government.

I disagree, at least in part @opinion.bloomberg.com

Inflation and unemployment are only fragments of a much larger, multivariate equation. Treating the issue as linear misses the deeper structural problem: complexity.

Societal Entropy:

I suspect this belief may be consistent across multiple age demographics, not just one.

Take a look at what civil war does do a country. Once his "creature comforts" are gone...he will fold "like a cheap suit" in days.

People talk about “fighting tyranny” like they’re starring in their own action movie. But take away the creature comforts for 72 hours...no AC, no WiFi, no DoorDash,

Parodying the way every crash ends with "influencers" begging retail to “HODL” while institutions exit out the back door.

Watching crypto leaders call retail to stabilize the market is like watching a fractal repeat human error at every scale.

FROTHY:

U.S. margin debt just surged by +$57 B in October 2025... pushing the total to a record ≈ $1.2 trillion.

That represents roughly a 39–40% increase over the past six months, the fastest climb since the dot-com bubble burst around 2000.

Most of the other math seems be come from a Magic 8-Ball with a heroin addition. So, no...not surprised at all.

The $2,000 rebate check coming from the tariffs is but just one example.

The Gravestone Doji chart pattern that formed just over 2 weeks ago (SP500, DJIA) continues to play out. Among the candlestick chart patterns, the Gravestone Doji is among the most powerful.

Based on out-of-sample, walk forward testing...the pattern does offer edge.

Individuals that served in the military and are deported...at some point in time they are going to be TOP recruits for global terrorists organizations.

They are ideally primed...
