1. Set up a small monthly donation to Wikipedia and Internet Archive. As websites get doctored or scrubbed, keeping records becomes even more important. These are 2 places trying to do that.

Well, I did it. I closed my IG and FB accounts. I should have done it long ago. Suggestions to follow the far right popping up for me was the last straw. Hello BlueSky!

Great thread on #FlashFiction
I dislike the idea of flash as just a shorter, short story beholden to all the rules & constraints of short stories. In that case, it becomes a trick of compression alone, a hurried up, stunted short story that caters to declining attention spans. If you write flash, is that what you're aiming for?
