The noise and incoherency while spiraling and snapping out of it when offered help. Wanting to say a lot but speaking filtered and short because why does it matter at the end. Don't waste their time.

A big earthquake off of Russia is triggering so much panic. Two phone alerts for tsunami warnings and emergency sirens. Already had eyes on the hurricane/storms south of us in case of an Iniki event.
