Avid TCG player. One Piece tcg, Magic: the Gathering and Pokémon tcg are my main games. I love films of all types, especially horror. Enjoy the occasional video game, RPG/action/adventure typically. Currently playing through Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Went 5-3 in Axion's Mega Modern with Gruul Eldrazi Aggro. Deck felt great, only losing to Titan, Neoform and Mono Blue Portent Tron. Combo is a hard matchup. Shame I never got to fully test the Anticausal Vestige as I drew it twice. Overall, great day! #magicthegathering

I have always had a love hate relationship with fighting games, but Granblue is definitely the most fun I've had with one in ages. The controls feel so intuitive for a noob like me. Vira is my current main.

I don't often play magic the gathering nowadays, especially not modern, but these bans/unbans are wild. One of my all time favourite decks is Rakdos Skelemental and with looting unbanned, maybe I can build it again. #mtg

This is the list I piloted to second at my locals btw. Going to be some changes for the next locals. Don't think Newgate quite does the trick for most matches. #optcg

HOWEVER, I still came second with Shanks after hyping up the deck for so long, so that's still good. Just wish I could have pulled out the fourth round win.

A bit bummed out about my locals first OP09 tournament. Usually we do 3 rounds as it's BO3 instead of BO1 and I finally went 3-0 with Shanks to win my first tournament in like 4 months, only for the store to spring a surprise 4th round, I draw like shit in the mirror and come second on tiebreakers.

Choosing a party in Veilguard is so hard. Initially I wanted Davrin and Bellara, but I just got Taash and she's kinda cool. But Emmrich, Neve, Luca is and Harding all need love too! I wish they kept the 4 in a party number from previous games.

What are people's thoughts on the meta for OP09 in the west? I definitely feel like Shanks will be popular and a lot of people will be on Blackbeard, only to give up on the deck after a short while. Pluffy will be popular too. #optcg

Being able to listen to music and podcasts in my new role at work is so nice. Makes such a drastic difference to my mood at the end of the day. Being able to catch up with Creep Cast is a bonus.

End of the day at Solihull Regionals and while my gameplay wasn't great, I got quite lucky elsewhere so I can't really complain. Opened a gold don, won a booster box in a raffle and opened an alt art secret Ace. Could have been worse. Can't wait to hit my bed tonight!
