The water cycle includes ground water as well as surface water. This regime looks for any conceivable loophole to remove restrictions on polluters. They ignore science and value unfettered profit over people, every time.

Many countries don't charge the individual, they use a public health model. I needed medical attention when I traveled in Brazil--saw the doctor, was treated, and never asked for *any* insurance information. It was liberating.
As a healthcare provider I spent 50% of my time billing. Wa$teful.

We must wake up. Look around at countries with universal healthcare provided by the government, without intermediary insurers taking a cut: broader coverage, better health outcomes, less cost per capita, zero bankruptcy from medical debt.
