Yes, it does. The hook requires an async context to run, so it isn’t invoked automatically upon construction. If I recall correctly, you need to use `async with testclient` to make this work.

It's a good reminder that estimates are just rough guesses until you really dig in. The real work only appears once you start turning things over.

A lot of the time went into understanding the details I hadn't fully grasped before: setting up cleaner boundaries, following specs and protocols more carefully, and addressing areas I'd avoided until now.

Якщо потрібна не аналітика, а просто статистика, то можеш спробувати будувати її по access логам веб-сервера. Я в одному pet проєкті використовую goaccess.io для цього. Базові потреби закриває.

Interestingly enough, when I clicked on the hashtag in Mastodon, it showed Leatherman multitools. That’s what I call a difference in the community! 😅

On the other hand, not every open-source experience is positive. I once implemented a graceful shutdown fix for the gRPC python bindings but eventually gave up trying to upstream it. Unfortunately, I felt unwelcome, and the maintainers showed little interest in the contribution. 😖
