If my personal and private information shows up on the dark web, or if any of my money is missing from my bank accounts, do I have standing to sue POTUS, Musk, or their minions?

I’ve always believed that we are living in a simulation that is some kids science project. Now that kid is older and, having flunked out of school and ending up in last place at the science fair, he/she/whatever has abandoned the project and is heavily involved in drugs.

Watching the FBI report on the incidents in Nola and Vegas, I am wondering if, after the new administration takes charge, the same level of transparency and information will be available.
