Well. First appointment with the new therapist is done, went pretty well. Did a virtual visit for the first time, annnd was recommended to an in-person specialist. Ah well, it's the next step forward, and at least it's the right direction. Slightly affronted by the "high risk" designation though.

There is so much going on right now & I've been overwhelmed for weeks. Losing family hurts. Our current government situation is... I can't keep up with all the bad news. But I know I'm surrounded by people who will fight for what's right, and I hope I have the strength&will to fight alongside them.

also if you see a website about a “strike” or other large-scale protest, and they ask you to “sign up” by giving your personal information, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION! they are almost certainly honeypots! and any that might not be can easily be compromised!
