This is a Constitutional crisis. If the ability of the three branches of government to provide checks and balances on each other is gone, our system of government is in grave peril. Whatever happened to federal officials’ oaths to “preserve, protect, and defend” the Constitution?
Trump’s DOJ just defied a Supreme Court order to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia—wrongfully deported, now missing in El Salvador. This isn’t a delay. It’s open defiance. If the Court backs down, the rule of law dies with him. This is the moment. Act—or surrender democracy.
