If I'm in a flow state I can go all day, the problem is, if I'm knocked out of that state, getting back into it is nearly impossible. Another problem is I hate my own work. I wrote over 300k words in a six month period last year and am in the process of throwing 70% of that out and rewriting it.

Probably used achievement hacks to just unlock all of them. It's how 0.01% of people have completed Hardcore mode in KCD2 even though it hasn't been released yet.
