If you think flying hasn’t changed much, the first time SAS flew from Copenhagen to Los Angeles via the polar route the passengers were given snow suits and a book on how to survive in the arctic! Today marks the 70th anniversary of the first polar flight. www.flightradar24.com/SAS931/37fcf...
